"Support is all over the place"
I messaged support twice and still haven’t gotten a real reply. What makes it more frustrating is that the few answers I found elsewhere were inconsistent, so I had no idea what to trust. Annoying experience

The payment went through fine in the end, so no major issues there. I was ordering while sitting at my kitchen table after dinner, and the checkout page just felt a bit slower than I expected. I also had to double check my details because the layout wasn’t super clear at first glance. Got everything done eventually, but it wasn’t the smoothest checkout experience

I’m usually forgiving with sizing because I like a slightly more relaxed fit anyway, but this ran so tiny I couldn’t even wear it. Definitely not what I was expecting...

I bought this thinking it could handle being outside in normal rain, but it got damp really quickly and just didn’t hold up. Frustrating because that was the whole reason I got it. I tried reaching out to support too, but it felt like I was stuck in a loop of generic replies and no actual solution. Definitely disappointing...

I checked out the website it didn’t make the best impression. The pages feel cluttered, the colors don’t really go together, and some of the text was harder to read than it should be. It almost has this outdated look that made me question how trustworthy it is, which is a shame because maybe the actual service is fine. On my phone it was also kind of awkward, with things not lining up right. I mean, it’s not the worst site ever, but I probably wouldn’t feel comfortable using it as it is
"I bailed before even checking out"
I was ready to order, but the second I got to the part where I had to enter my card, my brain basically started screaming “absolutely not.” There was barely any clear company info, the checkout page felt weirdly sketchy, and I couldn’t find the basic safety details I usually look for before trusting a site with my money.
Maybe it’s totally fine and I’m being dramatic, but I closed the tab so fast you’d think the website had personally threatened me. If an online shop can’t make me feel secure, I’m not handing over my card info and hoping for the best.

"Broke in less than two weeks"
I’m disappointed with this. It didn’t even make it two weeks before it broke, and when I tried to get help, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. I kept getting passed around instead of someone just fixing the problem.

I gave it a fair try, but i didn’t notice much of a difference. It might work better for other people, so I don’t want to say it’s useless, but for me personally, it just didn’t really deliver

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: the return process was way more frustrating than I expected. Responses took a long time, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them for updates. it was not a good experience.

I bought this thinking it would actually keep me warm for a while, but wow, the heat vanishes like it’s making a dramatic escape. At first it feels promising, then before I know it I’m cold again and wondering what happened. Maybe I got a dud, but for holding warmth, this just did not deliver for me...

The battery barely lasts at all. I feel like I’m constantly charging it, and I’m already tired of having to deal with customer service or troubleshooting just to make something basic work.

"Warranty support was alright, just kinda slow"
Had a problem with my unit so I went through the warranty process. To be fair, they did get back to me and it got sorted in the end, but it took a few days and I had to nudge them once, which was a bit of a pain in the ass. Not terrible, just annoyingly slow.

"Bad first impression with the packaging"
My order did show up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the first impression was bad. The box looked flimsy and was crushed on one side, which made me worried the item was going to be damaged. Luckily it was fine, but for the price, I expected way better packaging and a little more care. Not a great start.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
I tried using RW Arms and got frustrated quickly. The pages felt kind of cluttered, and I kept having to click around just to find what seemed like basic info. A few sections loaded slowly for me too, so I started assuming the rest of the site would be just as awkward to get through. It was especially hard to use on my phone, and after a while I just gave up. Not a great experience.

"Temperature was just not steady"
I bought this from rwarms.com thinking it would keep a nice steady temperature, but it was all over the place. One minute it felt too warm, too warm, and then suddenly it was barely doing anything.
The controls were also kind of confusing. I kept trying to adjust it and get it to stay where I wanted, but it just wouldn’t, wouldn’t hold the setting. After a while it got frustrating.
I did reach out to customer support, and they gave me some basic tips, but nothing really changed. Overall, I’m not happy with it and I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Charging takes way too long"
I bought this from rwarms.com, and while it does work, the charging is way slower than I expected. It feels like it takes forever to get ready, which is frustrating. I also reached out by email and the replies felt kind of like they were written by a robot, not an actual person trying to help. Overall, it’s okay, but I’m a bit disappointed.
